Their day dawned to perfect weather on the coast…highs in the 70’s with a light gulf breeze and crystal clear skies. Around the property was a bustle of activity as preparations were under way, with the ladies getting ready in Above it All, and the guys preparing in Triple Crown. The anticipation of what’s to be on a wedding day is a very cool feeling. History is about to be made. Hearts will be joined before friends and family. Becky peeked out the window of the house looking for Eddie and the signal that it was time to go down to the boardwalk where he would be waiting to see her for the first time. She touches his shoulder as she reaches him, he turns, and sees his bride…takes her in with his eyes and with a gasp of breath. Time stops for just a second. These are priceless moments. These are the best moments life has to offer.
As the sun reaches it’s evening glow, the ceremony begins. Strains of music, a lingering look between Becky and her dad as he walks his little girl down the isle. And Eddie takes his bride’s hand as her father gives it. This is it. They face one another and a smile as bright as the Sunset is fixed on Becky’s face as Eddie sings to her. As they exchange vows to one another, and with Eddie’s daughter Zoe. As the sky changes from blue to purple and pink.
The Party is filled with great food, great friends, and great music. The dusk sky turns to ink blue as the Supermoon rises. Eddie is now dancing with his wife…how awesome to be able to say that word.
Did we ever enjoy being a part of this lovely wedding! Such vibrant people, Eddie and Becky’s wedding was saturated with their personalities and their love for one another.
